Donald E Wahlberg Sr was a US Army veteran of the Korean War as well as an actor best known for his performance as Danny Quinn in the 1998 crime drama, Southie.

Donald Edmond Wahlberg Sr was born on May 8, 1930, to Axel Simon Wahlberg and Mary Madeline Wahlberg. He is a known father of nine children including popular American actors; Donnie Wahlberg, Mark Wahlberg, and Robert Wahlberg.

Donald also fathered Arthur, Jim, Paul, Tracey, Michelle and Debbie Wahlberg. He was recognized as a former member of Teamsters Local 25 and a Korean War veteran too. Not much is known about his personal life as it was kept private, however, he is confirmed to be of Swedish and Irish descent.

Donald Wahlberg Sr had tied the knot with to Alma McPeck (Donnelly), a bank clerk and nurse’s aide. Their marriage did not work out well as the duo got divorced in 1982.

Donald E Wahlberg Sr was declared dead on February 14, 2008, in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Donald died at the age of 77 and was buried in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Dorchester, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, USA.

The cause of death of Donald E Wahlberg Sr is not known to the public and still remains a mystery.
