Mendes is one of the world’s most powerful football agents, with clients such as David de Gea, José Mourinho, Diego Costa, James Rodrguez, Joo Félix, and Cristiano Ronaldo.
He also represents Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc, triple jump champion Patricia Mamona, surfer Frederico Morais, tennis player Joo Sousa, and cyclist Joo Almeida outside of football.
Mendes is dubbed a “super-agent” by many.
From 2010 to 2020, he was crowned Best Agent of the Year at the Globe Soccer Awards ten times.
