1. Odunlade Adekola

The first Yoruba actor on our list is Odunlade Adekola.

Odunlade Adekola is undoubtedly the most talented Yoruba actor in Nollywood. He has appeared in films such as Oyenusi, Alani Pamolekun, Omo Colonel, Taxi Driver, Adura, and many others. He came to the limelight after he starred in the Yoruba movie “Dagboru”

In recent years, Odunlade has won the City People Awards for Best Actor and the African Magic Movie Award for Best Actor.

2. Muyiwa Ademola

Ademola, also known as Muyiwa, is a well-known Nollywood Yoruba actor, filmmaker, and director. The award-winning film ‘Ori’ was produced and directed by him. The actor is also an accomplished scriptwriter.

3. Adebayo Femi

Femi Adebayo is another well-known Yoruba actor in Nollywood. He began his acting career in the popular film Owo Blast. Femi Adebayo is the son of another great Nollywood actor known as Oga Bello, Adebayo Salami.

Femi Adebayo won the City People Movie Award for Best Actor in 2015, and his credits include Ayitale, October 1, Anini, and many others. He is also the Producer and Director of Jagun Jagun

6. Saheed Balogun

Saheed Balogun is an accomplished Nollywood actor and producer. His film Modupe Temi was the first two-cast film in Africa, while his film Gbogbo Ere was the first three-cast film in West Africa.

7. Lateef Adedimeji
